Pricing & Terms
Early-bird pricing
Early-bird pricing is in effect. Request the prospectus for current rates and booth details.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel within 14 days of signing for a full refund. Cancel 6 months or more before the show and we return everything but your deposit. Within 6 months, there is no refund.
Visa denial protection
If your visa is refused despite a complete application and our invitation letter, you receive a full refund or a free transfer of your booth to a colleague or local agent.
Exhibitor breach or removal
If we remove you for non-compliance — such as selling uncertified products or breaching show rules — no refund applies.
